i need someones opinion on this question please. The American criminal justice system is a good one, but far from perfect. Innocent people have gone to prison and guilty ones gone free. How much of the out come of a trial has to do the ethics of the attorneys involved.

I wouldn't even begin to hazard a guess. Many personalities and abilities are involved in a criminal trial, including the defendant, witnesses, attorneys, judge, and jury members.
