Ode to Joyas Voladoras
In the trembling dusk, hearts take flight,
A tapestry woven of fleeting grace,
Where the fragile beat of life ignites,
Joyas voladoras, in soft embrace.
The hummingbird, a jewel in the air,
Dances ‘mid blossoms, in rhythm divine,
Its heart, a relentless metronome’s flare,
Thumping with passion through pathways of time.
Oh, to be as vibrant as wings in their thrall,
To sip nectar’s sweetness, profound and rare,
Each moment, a treasure, though fleeting, may fall,
Yet holds within it the universe’s care.
In the face of a fragile and delicate fate,
Every heartbeat whispers a tale to be known,
Of love, of loss, of the joys we create,
Like the murmurs of rivers that endlessly roam.
The essence of life, both marvelous and brief,
A celebration of what we dare to hold dear,
In the throes of the struggle, in search of relief,
We discover our purpose, the path to revere.
So let us embrace these joyas, these flights,
In each pulse of the heart, in each yearning sigh,
For within the short span of our days and our nights,
Lies a beauty that soars, unbound to the sky.
