when excerising using a spring you pull the spring 0.30m with a force of 365N. What distance will the spring stretch from its zero position if you applied a force of 400N?

Using Hooke's law:
Force=kx
k=force/x=365/.3
400=k distance
distance=400/k=400/(365/.3)=400*.3/365
Neat.
