One incident that stands out to me happened during lunch last year. A classmate named Sarah was sitting alone at a table, trying to eat her lunch quietly. A group of students, including some of the popular kids, noticed her and started making fun of her. They called her names like "loser" and "weirdo," laughing loudly so everyone could hear.

This situation involved verbal bullying because they used insults and hurtful words directed at Sarah. It also displayed social bullying, as they were trying to humiliate her in front of others to make themselves feel more important. It really upset me to see Sarah so sad, and it made me realize how damaging bullying can be.
