    This isn't too difficult to find.  The first thing you need to do here is multiply out the whole equation.  It will be in the form kx^3, with an x^2, x, and final term.  The final term is the y intercept.  This value will be a constant times k.  Set that equal to 24 and solve for k by dividing.  Let me know if you need any more help.
