Here's a template you can use to log your physical activity for the month. You can fill it in as you go along:

Instructions:
- Enter the name of the month at the top of the log.
- Each day, write down the date, what physical activity you participated in, and how long you engaged in it.
- You can continue filling out this log until the end of the month.
