Help me write the Minute of 1ST AGC YOUTH EXECUTIVE MEETING which was held on the 5th of February, 2025 at the CED Auditorium using the salient points below:

Opening prayer was done by Bro. peter Onuabuchi at 8:10pm.
Chairperson was the youth president for 2025 - Bro. Austin Egbunike.
He emphasized that from time to time,
-we may run vigil for executives meeting.
-Responses on Whatsapp groups are very important.
-Fasting & Prayer - important for Exco's
-Planning of Programmes to come in subsequent meetings (Quarterly, Weekly, Special programmes)
Bro. Austin emphasized that his interest for this year is to continue with last year youth theme "Raising Godly Profittable youth
" because he feels like we have not yet covered it.
The excos introduced a program last year "SWAP" which stands for Spirit Worship and Prayer. - It held twice last year. He stated that there is much need to continue it.
-He stated that Our Reverend Introduced a programme last year "Youth Awake" for every sunday but Bro. Austin appealed to him that it should be two weeks interval instead of every sunday. The exco's of 2024 noticed that every two weeks was also very stressful so Bro Austin met Reverend and spoke with him to allow us look within the Youth Ministry & find how the programme will be okay for the youth. The others agreed to this idea.
So Bro. Austin suggested Youth Awake to be Once a month.
He also suggested the introduction of Social media accounts for the youth ministry = Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter now "X", Facebook, etc which will help boost publicity.
Live streaming Youth Awake can help us and holding down vital youth with programmes and involvement also.
Bro. Boniface also suggested Film Shows/Movie Nights, Career talks, Picnics, Community Service while Bro. Austin added Talksow and running the programmes via livestreaming on all our platforms can help.

The meeting then shifted to planning for Thursday 7th of February, 2025 youth evening fellowship.
The Exco's chose Bro. Charles to Anchor the Youth Evening Service for 7th.
The programme agenda went thus:

5. Brief PEP talk and Prayers - President (7:10pm - 7:45pm)

6. Announcements - Secretary (7:45pm - 7:48pm)
(District Youth Prayer Summit on the 7th of February, 2025 at OGBA Church., All Unit leaders are encouraged to pls be active on the youth platform as information will start flying ASAP)

OPENING PRAYER:
The meeting commenced with an opening prayer led by Bro. Peter Onuabuchi at 8:10 PM.

CHAIRPERSON'S ADDRESS:
Bro. Austin Egbunike, the Youth President for 2025, welcomed all members and emphasized the following key points:

• Future executive meetings may incorporate vigils to enhance fellowship.
• Active participation in WhatsApp group responses is crucial for effective communication.
• Fasting and prayer are essential components for the executives.
• Program planning will take place during subsequent meetings, focusing on quarterly, weekly, and special events.

THEME FOR THE YEAR:
Bro. Austin expressed his commitment to continue the previous year's theme, "Raising Godly Profitable Youth," as he feels the topic requires further exploration.

PROGRAMS DISCUSSION:

• The "SWAP" program (Spirit Worship and Prayer) was introduced last year and held twice; Bro. Austin noted the importance of its continuation.
• Regarding the "Youth Awake" program introduced last year, Bro. Austin suggested shifting it from every Sunday to once a month for better manageability, especially considering the previous year's experiences.
• He proposed the formation of social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter [X], Facebook) for the youth ministry as a means to enhance publicity and engagement.
• Live streaming for "Youth Awake" and other programs was discussed as a way to reach a wider audience.
• Bro. Boniface contributed additional program ideas including film shows/movie nights, career talks, picnics, and community service, which were supported by Bro. Austin. They discussed the potential of talk shows and running programs via live streaming on all platforms.

PLANNING FOR YOUTH EVENING FELLOWSHIP:
The meeting shifted focus to planning the Youth Evening Fellowship scheduled for Thursday, 7th February 2025.

• Bro. Charles was appointed to anchor the Youth Evening Service.
