I am not exactly sure what you mean by
"what is the explanation of the pure acetic acid?" Acetic acid or ethanoic acid is clear colourless liquid. Pure acetic acid is sometimes called glacial acetic acid because it forms ice like crystals when it solidifies at abut 16C.
