y ' = [(x^2-4)(3) - 3x(2x)]/(x^2-4)^2
= (-6x^2 - 12)/(x^2-4)^2

y '' = [(x^2-4)(-12x) - (-6x^2 - 12)(2)(x^2-4)(2x)]/(x^2-4)^4

I will let you simplify that one
