I am having difficulty with finding the implicit differentiation of the equation x sqrt of y+1=y sqrt of x+1. Can any body help me out? Thanks in advance.

x (y+1)^.5 = y (x+1)^.5

x .5(y+1)^-.5 dy/dx + (y+1)^.5 = y .5(x+1)^-.5 + (x+1)^.5 dy/dx

dy/dx [ (x+1)^.5 - .5x(y+1)^-.5 ] = [(y+1)^.5 -.5y(x+1)^-.5]
