I have to select a model that best reflects my own personal approach to health, and I'm not sure if yo-yo dieting is the best model.
Oh, and this might be the definition of "yo-yo dieting".
You lose some weight and gain the weight back. (your weight decreases from 180 lbs. to 175 lbs. Then it increases by 6 pounds.)

Only one way to diet and have it stay off! It requires changing your pattern of life. More exercise, fewer calories. Those who practically "starve" themselves are doing a disservice because then ANYthing you eat will put on weight!
