Since the T of the acid and base are not the same I would do it in two steps.
qHCl = mass water x specific heat x (Tfinal-Tinitial).
qNaOH = mass water x specific heat x (Tfinal-Tinitial).
Then add qHCl + qNaOH = total q.
qHCl = mass water x specific heat x (Tfinal-Tinitial).
qNaOH = mass water x specific heat x (Tfinal-Tinitial).
Then add qHCl + qNaOH = total q.
