I have a line equation whose slope is -2 and passes through(-1,6) I have a slope intercept form of y=-2x+4 is this correct or could this be -2x+8

Hey, learn to put your solution back in to check. If y = -2x+4
slope is -2 of course
now check the point
6 = -2(-1) +4 ???
6 = 2+4 yes, so correct
