Substitute the value of x of each point in an equation, if the value of y evaluates to be the same at the given point, the line passes through the point.
Repeat each point for each equation.
For A:
-2(-3)+9=6+9=15 (≠ -3) so A does not pass through (-3,-3).
-2(6)+9=-12+9=-3 (≠15) so A does not pass through (6,15).
Repeat the same calculation for each of the lines B, C and D to get the answer.
