Discuss whether or not believe teaching classes intwo languages(Billingual) is a practical solution for English Language Learners?What are the advantages and disadvantage?

In some situations it's a practical solution, especially when the languages are English and Spanish in the U.S. It also presumes that the parents of native English speakers want their children to learn the second language.
It's not practical when you have students who speak languages other than Spanish -- say Korean, Arabic, or Hindi.
