What does this mean?
Discuss the difference between having self-control and bottling up your feelings? Give an example when each would be good or bad?

One uses self-control when one has strong emotions but doesn't show them. S/he may appropriately voice them, however. People bottle up their feelings when they doesn't really recognize the feelings to themselves -- or choose not to voice or act on them.
