The answer is NONE because laws in the US cannot be discriminatory, either for or against any person, group, etc.

Actually, you ought to protest to the "university" you are paying for. This assignment is repeated each year, never reviewed, by the school, they don't care it it is current or not. You are paying for an education, but what are you getting? Answer: A never-ending set of assignments that didn't educate in the past, nor will educate in the future. But they keep on repeating.

I agree with Bob Pursley's assessment. You should find yourself a real school (college or university) and get yourself a real education.

grow up writeacher! sorry not all of us have the time and/or parents money to go to other universities. shut up and mind your own business where we go to school. We are doing what we have to for an education and degree. At least we are doing something. Go preach to drop outs about getting an education and not people who are already trying. an education is an education. It's what the person does with it and gets from it that counts. There are plenty of dead beat people who go to your "real" school and you are going to sit here and judge strangers! wow get a life!
thought this site was to help people not put them down. I will be reporting this if I can... The same classes are taught in other schools every day as well. This just happens to be what they consider a required class, just as english,math and so on are for campuses.
While there are substantiated replies to this homework question, such comments has little benefit towards a student willing and trying to get passing grades. Moreover, the effects can produce long term detrimental consequences. Thereby discouraging a student to excel, causing loss of interest in obtaining a degree, and the list goes on.
Finally, since it is highly unlikely college administrators will ever read your comments, my recommendation is to address your concerns appropriately by sending letters stating your concerns to those responsible for creating the course syllabus.
