I need to find the rate constant.

I know that it takes 2A to make B, but I am mixed up on how to figure out how to find the concentration of A at 69s

Oops, forgot to post the question.

2A-->B+C given that the initial concentration of A is .022M and that at 69 s, the concentration of B increases to .0095M, what is the rate constant?
