First, you must understand that when writing equations in one line (as one must do on these boards), parentheses are needed to make things clear. For example, you COULD have meant
1350 - (1010/1010) = OR
it could be (1350-1010)/1010 = 0.336633663.
To convert to percent, multiply by 100 which makes it 33.6633663%. The nearest 1/10 (tenth) is the first 6. So I would write this as 33.66%, then round to the nearest tenth as 33.7%,

To change a decimal to a percent, move the decimal point two places to the right.
0.3366 = 33.7%
0.3366 = 33.7%

its realy .34
An example:
.336633663
3 is the tenths place (0.1)
3 is the hundredths place (0.01)
6 is in the thousandths place (0.001)
roud to the nearest tenth would be .3
the answer is .3 * 100 = 30%
