Hello!
Have a question. I am writing a lesson plan and am confused now.
When learners are doing for example a fill in exercise (e.g. they have to put the verbs in brackets in the Past Simple) what kind of a teaching method or technique am i using? It is obviously not written practice since they are writing only one verb in the sentence. So what is is then?

In the sequence on Bloom's Taxonomy, this type of fill-in-the-blank exercise would either be knowledge (level 1) or maybe comprehension (level 2), but certainly no higher.
