He saw construction workers building new buildings and he thought they worked hard for their dream and the buildings represent hope and future.

    Il a vu construire.....il pensait (was thinking) vs il a pensé (he did think) qu'ils travaillaient fort pour leur rêve (if they all ha the same dream, singular) e que les bâtiments.....
