according to van deer walls equation, why does H2S have higher parameter a than CO2

The a in van der Waals equation is for the attraction between molecules. Wouldn't you think H2S would have a dipole moment whereas CO2 does not; therefore, there should be a higher attraction between H2S molecules than CO2 molecules.
