Asked by Tom

Graph each complex number. Then express it in rectangular form.

2(cos(4pi/3) + isin(4pi/3))

I don't understand where to go from here.

cos(4pi/3) = - 1/2
sin(4pi/3) = - √3/2

so
2(cos(4pi/3) + isin(4pi/3)) = -1/2 - (√3/2)i
