1.8984375 E-20 is on a calculator. What is the 20th digit to the right of the decimal. I need to know how to work it, not the answer.

Since your calculator can only display 8 significant figures, there is no way of telling what the 20th digit is. That number may have been previously "thrown out" following a rounding-off step.
If that number appeared as a result of a previous calculation, try multiplying your displayed number by 1E20 and subtracting
