Br2 + 3NaHSO3 = 2NaBr + NaHSO4 + H2O + 2SO2

Not including the sodium ion Na+, as it is a spectator ion:
Br2 + HSO3(-) + H2O --> 2Br(-) + SO4(2-) + 3H(+)
Br2 + HSO3(-) + H2O --> 2Br(-) + SO4(2-) + 3H(+)

NaHSO3 + Br2 + H2O --> NaHSO4 + 2HBr
