Vo=1.50 km
Vf=.75 km
t=.65 hours
x=?
x=1/2(Vf+Vo)t
x=1/2(.75+1.50)(.65)
Multiply all those together to get x which is displacement. Although you might have to change the time to seconds. Because t is seconds and in the problem you have hours.
