A recipe calls for one-third cup of flour you have a quarter cup and a half measuring cup How could you measure one-third cup of flour?

The way I do it is to measure even the 1/4 cup, empty it, and then fill it half way.
1/4+ 1/8=3/8= .375cup
1/3 cup = .333 cup which is about 10 percent off.
