I used the simulation to show how the needle of the compass aligns with the magnetic field produced by the bar magnet. By moving the compass around the magnet, I was able to observe how the needle always pointed towards the north pole of the magnet. This demonstrated the interaction between the compass and the magnetic field of the bar magnet.
