Absolutely. Atoms and molecules can be seen with special equipment, but not with just an eye.

you can only see it with stuff like microscopes and high tech equipment.
For example when you start bleeding do you see little dots?? or when you see raw meat and little dots? no so yeh bassicaly you need high tech equipment to see it. but your question also may be answered as YES because you said see and i'm not sure if you mean with naked eyes or microscopes... i would say uhmmm no!<> good luck with what your doing!
