In a stair case power lab, if you have the height of the steps, the time and the mass, how do you find the force and the power?

The force needed to go up the steps at constant speed equals the weight, M g. The energy required to climb a vertical distance H is M g H, and the power required is that energy divided by the time needed to climb.
