My stair system, call it a triangle, is 360 inches in diameter, and 77.5 inches high. what is the length and formula?

what do you mean by "length"?
The circumference is 360π inches.

The size of the steps affects the "length" to the top, but the slant height is √(180^2+77.5^2) ≈ 196 inches
