Am I saying es importante que aya una computadora correct? I do not understand aya in this sentance. Is that a verb? If so what verb in what tense? And thank you for your fast response

When you begin with the Impersonal Expression "Es importante que" the verb required is the Present Subjunctive. You must be studying that or you would not be asked to do this sentence. The infinitive is "haber" = to have, and the Present Tense impersonal form is "hay" = there IS and there ARE. The Present Subjunctive of that is "haya" but note the spelling.
