In what year did United States established it's food safety regulation Acts

The United States established its first major food safety regulation act in 1906 with the passage of the Pure Food and Drug Act. This legislation was followed by the Federal Meat Inspection Act in 1906 and the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act in 1938. These acts laid the foundation for the modern system of food safety regulation in the United States.
