I have never heard of a "cs" Is it a "centisecond" (1/100 second)?
If so, then
19.615 m/s^2 =
(19.615 m/s^2)*(100cm/m)*(.01s/1 cs)^2 = 0.19615 cm/cs^2
If so, then
19.615 m/s^2 =
(19.615 m/s^2)*(100cm/m)*(.01s/1 cs)^2 = 0.19615 cm/cs^2
