Europe may not have future conflicts with other nations, but it still has internal conflicts.
What type of internal conflicts?
I'll amend that statement -- Hopefully Europe won't have violent conflicts either within or outside its borders, but it's alive and so will always have some non-violent conflicts.
Some of the internal conflicts involve immigration and disputes over many agricultural and trade regulations.
