For my grandparents I have shelter from the war, warm blankets for winter.

For someone my age in Africa I have money for school uniform and school fees. I have all the basic needs such as clothing, air, shelter and food already. Are the things I lsited such as school fees considered needs?

Did you include other shelter, food, clothing, and medications for your grandparents?

Oops, I didn't think about medication. Can I list a job as a need? you need a job to earn money so i would think it's necessary for survival.

You need money -- or at least some source that will supply your needs. It could be other family members, charity, government, or a job.
