If it is my clase and I wish to say mine = Es mía.
Possessive adjectives, like other adjectives have the same gender (masculine or feminine) and number (singular or plural) as the noun(s) modified.
mi = mío, mía, míos, mías
tu = tuyo, tuya, tuyos, tuyas
su = suyo, suya, suyos, suyas
nuestro = nuestro, nuestra, nuestros, nuestras
vuestro = vuestro, vuestra, vuestros, vuestras
su (plural = their) = suyo, suya, suyos, suyas.
