I am having trouble understanding how to answer this type of question:

It seems like you're multiplying these together and if that is the case you will be adding the exponents. So, -10 + 5 will equal -5. Since it's asking for the answer to have positive exponents you will just have to show that b^-5 = (1/b^5)
