Hermes can travel 2 mi up Mt Olympus at a rate that is 18 mi/hr slower than he rides Pegasus down the same distance. The entire trip takes 14 min. How fast can he go up? How fast can he ride down?

Let V be his speed going up so V+18 will be his speed going down, in miles/hr.
