Many would-be runners have trouble getting motivated. They may become bored with the repetitive nature of running, they may not have anyone to share running with, or they may become physically run-down. There are, however, many ways to increase one’s motivation. An old pair of jeans that no longer fits, or a photograph of that person when he or she was slimmer and more fit, may inspire a runner. Also, the more often runners jog, the more motivated they are and the better they feel. As a result, it becomes an activity runners make time for on a regular basis.
