since the new line is parallel to the old one, it will differ only in the constant
let the new one be
6x - 5y = c
Plug in the point (8,-4)
48 + 20 = c
c = 68
so : 6x - 5y = 68
let the new one be
6x - 5y = c
Plug in the point (8,-4)
48 + 20 = c
c = 68
so : 6x - 5y = 68
