Just plug in each of the constants given and solve for F:
F = 9/5(-10) + 32
F = 1.8(-10) + 32
F = -18 + 32
F = 14
F = 9/5(-10) + 32
F = 1.8(-10) + 32
F = -18 + 32
F = 14
