ok i have a 100 chart with 62 and 1/2 colored in and i need to know what the fraction and decimal would be for it.

62 and 1/2 would be 62.5
If you have a calculator, try typing in 1/2. then hit "enter" or "=". It should say "0.5". That is one way you can figure out what 1/2 would be as a decimal.

Yes. Sixty-two and a half as a fraction would be 62 1/2. As a decimal, it would be 62.5, as we've said before.

But you talked about a hundred chart. I wonder whether you mean what 62.5 is as a fraction of a hundred, which is the same as asking what 62.5% is as a fraction.
Does your 100 chat show 50 as being 1/2?
