Let the number of guests be x

then
x/3 + x/4 + x/2 = 65
Multiply bye 12 to get
4x + 3x + 6x = 780

I get x = 60

check:
rice dishes = 60/3 = 20
broth = 60/4 = 15
meat = 60/2 = 30

20+15+30 = 65 check!!
