Graph the function f(x)=-2x+5

1 answer

If you want to use paper to graph it just make a list like this

x | y= -2(x)+ 5
________________
1 -2(1)+5=____
2 -2(2)+5=____
3
4

then find what the value is for y and then graph that way (I started it for you but you have to continue it.

If graphing on a graphing calculator just plug in the equation for y= on your calculator function. (mine calculator is the TI-83 Plus)
