Can someone help me with this sentence?

Quelquefois, je me suis senti inadéquate parce que je n'ai pas acquis beaucoup d'expérience en dessin.

my teacher circled "n'ai pas" i do not know what is wrong with it:(

This ("plus-que-parfait") sounds OK to me.

I hope you chose it based on some logical thinking and not a wild guess.
