Graph y-7 equals 9(x plus 6)
So 9x plus 54
54 plus 7 is 61
So y equals 9x plus 61. is it correct?

Yes! That's what I get, too.
now that you have y = 9x + 61 , your question was to graph it.
so you need any two points.
One obvious point is the y-intercept or (0,61) but that's hard to plot.
So using some number sense, we pick negative x's to bring the y down to a reasonable value
say x = -7, then y = -2
or let x = -8, then y = -11
one more try,
let x = -6, then y = 7
so now you have 3 points, (-7,-2), (-8,-11), and (-6,7)
plot any two points, join them and use the third point as a check-point.
