As before, they make measurements to determine the initial speed. This time they find the initial speed to be 3.26 m/s with a relative uncertainty of 2.5%

What is predicted range?
I got that it's 108.444

What is the uncertainty in the predicted range?

This is whats getting me.

If the measurement is 100 and the uncertainty is 2.5%, then the predicted range is between 97.5 and 102.5.
The uncertainty is 100*2.5%=2.5
