Is the point (5,0) with m = 2/3
If that is the case you would use the point slope form for the equation of a line.
y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 0 = 2/3(x - 5)
y = 2/3x - 10/3
If that is the case you would use the point slope form for the equation of a line.
