I am a montessori preschool teacher. My class contains 20 students ages 3-4... I want to teach them the importance of taking a bath... What fun activity could I do with the students to encourage this behavior...?

Smell each other? Just kidding, don't do that.

At that age, baths ought to be fun. Importance is a sidenote at that age. I would do a bath toy game, with bath toys. How to make bubbles is another activity. How to wash hair without crying is another, kids could tell stories about that.

Bring a puppy to school and have the kids help bathe it. Or bring one of the life-like dolls and have everyone help give it a bath.

OR, have a real event, invite parents, get a small plastic swimming pool, have kids wear bathing suits and play having a bath in the pool... (parents bring cookies for the "bathing party")

get a rubber ducky and make it all dirty then get buckets of water and soap and show them how to wash themselves.

You can tell them to bring in bubbles and then the next day they go into the bathroom fill the sink with water then pour the Bubbles in and let thier hands go inside and I gareentee you ( not really) they will love taking a Bath!
